All of our gates come with a 12 month workmanship warranty, this is for the rare occasions there is a manufacturing fault.
Timber is a natural product and we cannot guarantee against some natural movement such as swelling, shrinking, twisting and cracking, however with good care this may be avoided.
The treatment that we offer is a base coat to protect the gate from the environment. Due to natural timber shades the base coat may vary from the colours shown.
Customers are responsible for the aftercare of their gates and will need to add a topcoat treatment/ stain within 1 month after receiving their gate. We would recommend re treating the gate every 18 months to keep the gate in good condition.
